Lloret de Mar

Lloret de Mar is the most popluar and one of the most developed tourist resorts on the Spanish coast. Although the coastline is very attractive there are a large number of highrise concrete building lining the back streets.

The sixteenth century parish church gives us a hint of what Lloret once was.

The central crescent shaped sandy beach is the centre of attractions for daytime in this town. The rocky coastline and coastal walk are worth exploring. The palm lined promenade dotted with bars and cafes. There are boat trips to local beaches such as Fenals, Santa Cristina and Treumal.
